Refund Policy

“Openminds Psychiatry, Counselling & Neuroscience Centre ” is committed to your satisfaction. If you have used any services from Openminds Psychiatry, Counselling & Neuroscience Centre and are comes under the below refund policies, you may be eligible for a refund/partial refund if requested within 14 days of the original invoice date.

Patient appointments which are canceled one (1) or more days before the start of the consultation will be refunded, in their entirety.

No refund is offered for any cancellations within two (2) weeks of the start of the consultations.

To be eligible for a refund on any services, the following steps must be taken:

Refund must be requested in writing by contacting info@openmindscenter.com

Request of refund must be made within 14 days of the original invoice date.
