Ms. Nour Diam

Ms. Nour Diam is a CDA Licensed Professional Psychologist with a wide experience in helping children, adolescents and adults with a diversity of life challenges and mental health concerns. Graduated from Queen Mary University of London as a Psychologist BSc in 2013 and then pursued her master’s in Occupational and Organizational Psychology MSc. Based in Athens and Dubai, Nour gained her experience as a psychologist offering mental health therapy for a wide range of ages and different ages brackets, from children and adolescents to middle aged adults. She is a certified HeartMath coach and has been trained by renowned Dr. Christidis in different Biofeedback softwares. She holds qualifications in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Biofeedback.

Nour’s key focus and competence are on Chronic Stress, Anxiety disorders, Panic attacks, Phobias, Concentration, Memory and Learning Difficulties, Body Image and Eating Disorders, Relationship Challenges, Grief, Trauma, Obsessions and Compulsions, Bipolar Disorder and Depression. Nour uses an innovative therapeutic approach by incorporating different modalities and approaches for a personalized treatment plan including psychoanalysis, CBT, Biofeedback, progressive muscle relaxation and mindfulness.

She presented different articles and content on various mental health related subjects and completed her bachelors and masters thesis on the relationship between positive affect and decision making, and the effect of social media and selection and assessment in organizations, respectfully.
